The price will be reviewed on a regular basis by the Gasoline Price Review Committee and will be adjusted based on global market prices as well as costs associated with import and shipping, transport and handling. The pricing of the 98 Octane Super fuel is not linked to the prices of Mumtaz (95 Octane) and Jayyid (91 Octane).

The new product, currently available across five service stations, including Al-Buhair Station in Riffa, Tubli Station on Isa bin Salman Avenue, Busaiteen Station, Formula 1 and Sanabis Station.

NOGA confirmed that the service stations have been launched to meet domestic market demands. This fuel is a valued addition to the other types of gasoline currently available in the local market, providing an advanced third option after Mumtaz and Jayyid.

The committee is composed of representatives from the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) and is led by Jassim Isa Al Shirawi, Director General of Oil and Gas Affairs at NOGA. Its members include Khalid Ibrahim Bohazza, General Manager of Marketing, BAPCO, Manijeh Safar, Director of Planning and Economics, BAPCO and Abdul Aziz Abdul Qader Saeed, Oil Projects Advisor at NOGA.
