Royal Decree to reshuffle Cabinet

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree 45/2016, partially reshuffling the cabinet, stipulating the appointment of Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa as Minister of Oil.

On this occasion, board members of the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and nogaholding, as well as senior officials and employees of NOGA and all oil and gas sector employees offer their highest regards, congratulations and greetings to His Excellency the Oil Minister, wishing him all success in achieving the aspirations of progress and prosperity for our Kingdom under his wise leadership.
