H.E.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Minister of Oil, expresses his great
thanks and deep gratitude to His Majesty King of Bahrain, His Royal Highness the
Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme
Commander and the First Deputy Prime Minister for their unlimited support to
the oil and gas sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the various oil projects
that serve in developing and flourishing the national economy.
His
Excellency praised the great efforts exerted by the Board members in order to
accomplish many of the oil projects aimed at increasing the oil and gas
production from the Bahrain Oil Field, which is one of the oldest oil fields in
the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. During the meeting, the operations of
the Tatweer Petroleum Company have been reviewed. in addition to various
institutional and operational issues and other related clauses.
This
came during the chairmanship of Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa,
Minister of Oil and Board Chairman of the Tatweer Petroleum Company, to the
Board meeting held on Wednesday, the 20th of September 2017 at the Company’s
head office, in the presence of all its members.
