Service Description

​The Ministry of Oil and Environment provides this e-service to owners of operating and licensed fuel stations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This service aims to facilitate the process of submitting applications for the Redevelopment of existing fuel stations, ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.​




Scope of Service

​This service includes the review and approval of applications for the demolition and reconstruction of operating fuel stations. ​





procedures

  1. Enter the required data in the service application form.
  2. Upload the engineering drawings to the application form in PDF/DWG/DGN format, ensuring their clarity and accuracy.
  3. Review the entered data and attached files, then submit the application electronically.


Required Documents

  • A Copy of the general engineering drawings of the redeveloped station documents related to the redevelopment request.
  • Letter from the station owner stating the type of request (Redevelopment of Operating Fuel Station).
  • Copy of the land title deed document of the station or lease agreement specifying the purpose of the lease (Construction and operation of a fuel station).
  • Valid land survey certificate.
  • Copy of the authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.



Terms and Conditions(Updateable)

  • This service precedes the submission of applications to the Building Permit System (Benayat).
  • All information provided in the application must be accurate and complete.
  • All required documents must be valid.
  • Engineering drawings must comply with the approved technical specifications and standards.



Service Duration

10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application with all required documents.

No fees are required for this service.
