Required Documents

Letter from the owner stating the type of request (Demolition and Cancellation of a Fuel Station).
Copy of the ownership document or lease agreement specifying the purpose of the lease (Construction and operation of a gas station).
Site photos.
A copy of the authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.

Terms and Conditions(Updateable)

This service precedes the application on the Building Permit System (Benayat).
All information entered must be accurate, and the applicant bears full responsibility for its accuracy.
The owner's letter must include the request for the approval of demolition and cancellation with all station details mentioned.
Documents must be clear, accurate, and authenticated.

Service Duration

10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application with all required documents.
