This service includes the review and approval of proposed locations for new fuel stations to ensure compliance with technical standards and approved specifications.

Required Documents

A letter from the owner stating the type of request (Site Approval for the Establishment of New Fuel Station).
Copy of an authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.
A copy of the land title deed document or lease agreement specifying the purpose of the lease (Construction and operation of a fuel station).
A preliminary engineering drawing showing all proposed station access, retail shops and services.

All information entered must be accurate, and the applicant bears full responsibility for its accuracy.
All required documents must be valid.
In the event of implementing a project to establish a new fuel station on several adjacent properties, all property title deed documents must be submitted, stating the owners of the properties.

85 working days from the date of submission of all required documents.
