The Ministry of Oil and Environment provides this service to registered oil facilities, allowing them to apply for prior permits to export asphalt.

Issuance of single-use Pre-approval to export asphalt, according to specific requirements.

Required Documents

Commercial invoice.
Packing list.
Approved shipment inspection report from the Ministry's Monitoring and Inspection Department (upon request).
Weighbridge Ticket for asphalt (Bapco for Refining).
Validity of the Permit:
Three months from the date of issuance.

Service Duration

3 working days (from the date of fulfilling all requirements and required documents) are fulfilled.
