Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs met with Dr. Carsten Poppinga, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Uniper, on the sidelines of ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference 2023.
Present were Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive Officer at Bapco Energies, and Faihan Mohammed Al Faihani, acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Environment.
The meeting highlighted Uniper's capabilities in energy evolution and the hydrogen economy.
It also discussed cooperation in clean energy projects that support Bahrain's objective of achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.
