Oil and Environment Minister meets German Climate Envoy

​Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dinah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, met with Jennifer Lee Morgan, German State Secretary and Special Envoy for International Climate Action at the Federal Foreign Office, on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The minister affirmed Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen cooperation with all countries to enhance efforts to protect the environment and boost development, praising bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the environment and sustainable development sectors.

The meeting discussed bilateral relations and environment and climate change topics, and ways to enhance international cooperation in order to achieve climate security and sustainable development goals.
