Lubricants and greases export

The license is required if the applicant intends to export lubricants and greases that are locally produced or made from locally produced raw materials. Lubricants and greeses are defined as petroleum products sold in large quantities used to reduce friction, cooling and operating equipment and machinery. It includes finished base oil, engine oils, hydraulic oil, brake oil and similar products. This license includes non-canned large quantities​​.

- Fill out NOGA’s  petroleum product export form and meet the mentioned  requirements .

- Company profile

- Any data or other documents deemed necessary by NOGA.​​
