Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, received Joe Korenek, General Manager of the International Division at EOG International, a US-based company specialising in crude oil and natural gas exploration.
The minister reviewed key developments and the latest technologies in unconventional energy, discussed global energy challenges and trends, as well as potential cooperation opportunities in the energy sector.
The meeting was attended by Mark Thomas, CEO of Bapco Energies Group; Faisal Al Mahroos, Chairman of Bapco Exploration and Production; and Johann Pleininger, CEO of Bapco Upstream.
