Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, met with Olivier Le Peuch, CEO of Schlumberger, on the sidelines of his participation in ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference 2023.
Present were Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive Officer of Bapco Energies and Johann Pleininger, Chief Executive Officer of Bapco Upstream.
The meeting highlighted Schlumberger’s latest programmes and future plans, and discussed ways to boost cooperation.
The minister commended the company’s technical, technological, and consultation services in the areas of mining, exploration, pipelines and others.
Le Peuch valued Bahrain’s support towards various international energy companies and working on developing more partnerships that support the growth and competitiveness of the oil, gas, and energy sector.
