His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the sovereign of the country, issued Royal Decree No. 83 of 2014 to form the Ministry.
This is the text: -
We, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain
After reviewing the constitution and Royal Decree No. 57 of 2014 issued on Safar 8, 1436 AH corresponding to November 30, 2014 AD, appointing His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa as Prime Minister and assigning him to nominate members of the new cabinet, and based on what he presented to us The Prime Minister, in his letter submitted to us on Safar 11, 1436 AH, corresponding to December 3, 2014 AD, we drew the following:
First Article: -
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister is appointed

Designate each of:
1- His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister
2- His Highness Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister
3- His Excellency Mr. Jawad bin Salem Al Arrayed, Deputy Prime Minister
4- His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister
Article Three:
Designate each of:
1- His Excellency Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Mutawa, Minister of Follow-up Affairs
2- His Excellency Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior
3- His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs
4- His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance
5- His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education
6- His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy
7- His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.

Article Four:
The Prime Minister shall implement this decree, and it shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
