Decree 40/2019 stipulated the restructuring of the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) under the presidency of Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil, and the following members:
1-Shaikh Salman bin Khalifaa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
2-Khalid Amro Al Romaihi.
3-Shaikh Tariq bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
4-Dr. Fayez Hashem Al Sada.
5-Engineer Faisal Mohammed Al Mahroos.
