HM the King also issued Royal Decree 27/2019, appointing Nasser Sultan Al-Suwaidi as Chief Executive Officer at the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) with the rank of Undersecretary, and Faihan Mohammed Al-Faihani, as Deputy CEO for Strategies and International Relations at NOGA, with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary.
The Minister of Oil shall implement the royal decree, which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
