The National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) is hereby organized in the following manner:

- The Minister of Energy, Chairman of the National Oil and Gas Authority, responsible for:

- The Board of Directors of the National Oil and Gas Authority, responsible for:

- The Chief Executive Officer of the National Oil and Gas Authority (at the status of Undersecretary), responsible for:

1. Directorate of Human Resources and Finance.
2. Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Strategies and International Relations (at the status of Assistant Undersecretary), responsible for:
1. Directorate of Planning and Development
2. Directorate of Policies and International Relations
3. Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Petroleum Production and Industries (at the status of Assistant Undersecretary), responsible for:
1. Directorate of Exploration and Production Development
2. Directorate of Petroleum Industries Development
