On agreement with H.E. the Minister of State and Chairman of NOGA, Ministerial Order No. (17) or the year 2006 was issued on 22nd March 2006 by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ali bin Shaikh Mansour Al-Sitri, Minister of Justice, conferring the authority of peace officers upon certain staff members of NOGA. Such authority will be exercised in connection with the crimes committed in violation of Law No. (6) for the year 1984 with respect to the Regulations of Industry and the Orders issued in implementation thereof.
