Order No. (4) for the year 2006 Promulgated on 2nd August 2006 with respect to the Regulation of the Function of the Oil and Gas Inspection Staff Members Who Are Conferred with the Authority of Peace Officer

On 2nd August 2006, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of State and Chairman of NOGA, issued Ministerial Order No. (4) for the year 2006 in respect of the regulation of the oil and gas inspection functions. The Order consisted of 15 articles on the development of NOGA’s work and specifying the guiding rules and regulations to be followed in exercising inspection.​​
