HM King issues decree 54/2021, appointing Nogaholding board chairman

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree 54/2021, appointing the National Security Advisor and Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as Board of Directors Chairman of the Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C (Nogaholding).

The Prime Minister, and ministers- each in their capacity- shall implement the decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.
